It’s no secret that millennials have begun to make their mark in the world and will soon represent the largest demographic in the workplace. While countless research studies have been done in an effort to try and understand the mind of this generational group, there is a more complex problem lying beneath the surface: a new multigenerational workforce is emerging. In this session we will discuss methods on how we can reject the old dichotomy of Millennials vs. Boomers vs. Gen X, and discover the power that a highly motivated, intergenerational team can bring your workforce.
